Uncle’s Kitchen is a treasure restaurant I recently discovered! The food is very delicious, and every dish can be tasted with care and quality. The service attitude is very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is also warm, which is very suitable for family dinners or gatherings with friends.

Seriously delicious authentic Sichuan-Style Chinese Food. I got the Stir Frie Pork with Noodles, a Smashed Cucumber salad and a Herbal Tea drink. Everything was made fresh to order and ready within 10 minutes and only cost me around 20 euros in total.
I can a little after lunch at around 2, a shame to see the place empty because it deserves the world. I truly recommend going here! I left with a satisfied feeling and a full belly, could not be happier. I will be back!- Service

Delicious but such small portions! I was not full after ordering the beef rice bowl and an extra side portion of tomato eggs. If they fixed the portion sizes this would be perfect.

Absolutely delicious food! I have tried so much fried rice in Amsterdam and this is some of the best I have found. The noodle dishes are also to die for. Cooked so well and with a ton of flavor. I definitely found my new neighborhood Chinese place :)

Absolutely fantastic service, simple and easy menu, and great food. Uncle and Nephew looked after us well, they even provide a jug of tap water to accompany your meal.

Very nice Sichuan style home cooking restaurant, which just opened a few days ago. We tried the stir fry pork Sichuan style, beef stew with potatoes and carrot, mapo tofu (vegetarian) and scrambled eggs with tomato Chinese style (also veggie). We also had the beef fried rice, and foe yong hai soup. All super delicious! We wish the owner Li lots of success with his new place!
